Terms of Use

1. Who the Services are for

Kaleto helps parents and caregivers discover camps, classes, studios, and enrichment programs, and helps providers make their businesses discoverable through connected AI assistants. The Services are intended for adults. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to submit inquiries or act on behalf of a business. If you represent a provider or organization, you must have authority to do so.

2. Discovery and provider information

Kaleto is a discovery service. Providers operate their own programs and are responsible for their offerings, staff, safety practices, eligibility rules, prices, availability, and enrollment terms. A listing, search result, or assistant recommendation is not a guarantee, endorsement, safety certification, or background check by Kaleto.

Information can be incomplete or out of date. Before making arrangements, confirm details directly with the provider and decide whether the program is appropriate for your family. Kaleto does not guarantee placement in search results, referrals, or enrollment for providers.

3. AI assistants and connected tools

Connected assistants may use Kaleto tools to search regions and providers and retrieve public provider details. AI-generated answers may contain errors or omit relevant information. Check important details with the provider before relying on an answer.

Your assistant or other third-party service has its own terms and privacy practices. You are responsible for the instructions you give it. Availability of a tool depends on browser or assistant support and may be limited by usage quotas or service availability.

4. Inquiries, bookings, and payments

Submitting an inquiry lets Kaleto follow up with you. It does not automatically publish a listing, create a provider agreement, reserve a place, or enroll a child.

Managed booking and payments through AI assistants are planned features and are not available in the current discovery pilot. Any current enrollment, payment, cancellation, or refund arrangement is made directly with the provider under that provider’s terms. If Kaleto introduces transactions or paid services, the applicable pricing and additional terms will be presented before you commit.

5. Information you provide

You must have the right to share information you submit and keep it accurate. Providers who supply business information grant Kaleto permission to store, format, reproduce, and display it, and make it available through search and connected tools to operate and promote the discovery service. You retain ownership of your content. Contact us to request a correction or removal; we cannot control copies already obtained by independent third parties.

Do not submit confidential material or children’s identifying, health, or financial information in searches or provider inquiries. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.

6. Acceptable use

You may use the Services for lawful discovery and legitimate business inquiries. You may not:

• Impersonate another person or business, submit misleading listings, or infringe others’ rights.
• Access private information without permission or attempt to bypass security controls, authentication, or rate limits.
• Disrupt the Services, distribute harmful code, send spam, or use the Services for unlawful or abusive purposes.
• Misrepresent an automated recommendation as a provider’s confirmation or a completed booking.

Use of separately offered developer APIs or integrations may also be subject to their published access requirements and terms.

7. Ownership and third-party services

Kaleto and its licensors retain rights in the Services, software, branding, and original content. These terms give you permission to use the Services, not ownership of them. Provider names, marks, and content belong to their respective owners. Third-party websites and services are independently operated; their own terms apply when you use them.

8. Availability and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted availability, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Kaleto is not responsible for a provider’s conduct, an independent assistant’s output, or agreements made with third parties.

To the extent permitted by law, Kaleto is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

9. Changes and access restrictions

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and restrict access to address misuse, security concerns, legal requirements, or violations of these terms. We may update these terms as the Services evolve, publish the revised text and date here, and provide additional notice when required by law. Updated terms apply prospectively from their stated effective date. Stop using the Services if you do not agree to them.
