Kaleto for iPhone
Find activities, book a seat and pay, for every kid and every provider, from one account on your phone.
This week
Why parents use it
One app for all your kids’ activities: swim on Monday, robotics on Wednesday, camp in July, from different providers.
Sign up once. Book with any provider on Kaleto without another login, another portal or another password.
Pay by card in the app when a seat is confirmed. One checkout can cover classes from several providers at once.
Each child’s sessions, all providers, one list. Who goes where, when, without carrying it in your head.
Ask for what you want in plain words, like “swim lessons Saturday mornings for a six-year-old,” and see real ages, times and seats left.
Names and ages live on your family profile, so booking the next class takes a tap, not another form.
When a provider confirms, waitlists or changes something, you hear about it. No digging through email.

Find what’s open
Home in the Kaleto app is a chat. Describe your kid, your part of town and the times that work, and it comes back with classes that are actually open, with ages, times and seats left. It works in ChatGPT and Claude too, once Kaleto is connected.
These have Saturday morning spots open now:
Stay on top of it
Connect Kaleto to ChatGPT, Claude or any MCP client once. Then ask what the kids have this week, catch up on messages from every provider, and check what is confirmed or due, without opening another app.
Three sessions across three providers:
How it works
Your kid, your part of town and the times that work. Kaleto finds what is open.
Pick a class, choose the child and send the request. The provider confirms the seat.
Pay for confirmed seats by card in the app, across providers, in one checkout.

Yes. Confirmed bookings from several providers can be paid in one card checkout. A few providers take payment on their own Stripe account; those bookings are paid on their own, still in the app.
No. One Kaleto account books with every provider on Kaleto. Your children and bookings stay on that account.
A booking is confirmed by the provider, either automatically while seats are left or after they review it. You pay once the seat is confirmed, and you are told if you are waitlisted instead.
Yes, once you connect it. Sign in to Kaleto from ChatGPT, Claude or any MCP client and approve what it may read. It can then tell you what your kids have booked, check a booking’s status and read messages from providers. You can disconnect it from Connected assistants at any time.
Not yet. Kaleto is on iPhone first. On any other phone, you can search, book and manage bookings on kaleto.ai.
