For camps, studios and class providers

Less time running the business. More time teaching.

Scheduling, bookings, payments and your booking pages in one place, so the admin stops eating the week you meant to spend with students.

What it runs

The back office, handled in one place.

Business management software for every part of the week that isn’t teaching, built around the classes you already run.

Scheduling

Set up classes, terms and sessions once. Your calendar, capacity and seats left stay current on their own.

Bookings and waitlists

Requests arrive in one queue with the child’s age and your questions answered. Confirm, hold, decline or waitlist in a tap, or let them confirm automatically.

Payments

Parents pay by card when a seat is confirmed. Your share goes to your Stripe account, so there is nothing to chase or reconcile.

Booking pages

Every published class gets its own page with dates, ages, price and a book button. Share the link anywhere, no website builder needed.

Rosters and forms

Ask what you need at booking, from allergies to pickup. The answers land on the roster, not in an email thread.

Found by families

Your classes show up when parents search Kaleto, in the app and in the AI assistants they ask first.

Found by families

Be the answer when a parent asks.

Parents ask ChatGPT, Claude and the Kaleto app what to book. Your published classes sit in Kaleto’s catalog with real ages, times and seats left, so an assistant can name yours and send you a booking request.

Questions

Kaleto for providers, answered.

What is Kaleto for providers?

Kaleto is business management software for camps, studios, coaches and enrichment classes. It runs scheduling, bookings, waitlists, card payments and a booking page for every class in one workspace, so you are not paying for and switching between a scheduling tool, a payment app and a website builder.

How do I get paid?

Parents pay by card through Stripe when a booking is confirmed. Kaleto sets up a Stripe account for your payouts, or you can link a Stripe account you already have. Kaleto’s fee comes out of your share and is never added to the parent’s price.

Do I need a website?

No. Every class you publish gets its own booking page with dates, ages, price and seats left. Link to it from Instagram, a flyer or the website you already have.

Can I review bookings before they are confirmed?

Yes. Each class either confirms bookings automatically while seats are left or sends them to your queue to confirm, hold, decline or waitlist. Families are emailed when the status changes.

What kinds of businesses is Kaleto for?

Independent camps, sports programs, music and dance studios, art classes, tutoring and coding or STEM programs, usually with a small team that would rather be teaching than doing admin.

How do I get started?

Kaleto is in early access. Leave your email on this page and the team will follow up to set up your programs. Sending your email does not publish anything.
